Shipping Destination
We currently offer free delivery services to Australia，Canada， UK, and 26 regions in the EU mainland and 48 regions in the continental United States. This does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, or any other US territories, as well as EU island regions. Shipping costs are covered by KETELES, and orders are shipped from Poland or the United States, Canada, United Kingdom，Australia. FedEx or UPS handles deliveries to different regions in the EU. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, stock orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (may also ship the same day), excluding weekends and holidays. Once the order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
